Why this page exists
This log is the site's information-increment layer: every major claim should map to a source and a status.
Generic wiki pages can repeat the same reveal paragraph. This source log makes the site more useful by showing which facts are official, which are media reports, and which are still open questions.

Update policy
When a new trailer, official post, storefront change, or interview appears, this page should be updated first. Then the relevant topic page should be changed and the sitemap lastmod date should move forward.
The log should not be changed for every wording tweak on the site. It is meant for material source changes: a new date, a new platform field, a clarified cast role, a confirmed song page, or a developer quote that changes how a major question should be answered. That keeps the page useful as evidence rather than a changelog for normal editing.
How status labels are assigned
"Confirmed" is reserved for official pages, platform pages, or coverage that clearly attributes the detail to SEGA, RGG Studio, Xbox, or a named broadcast. "Reported" means a reliable outlet lists the detail, but this tracker has not found the same exact wording in an official page. "Not announced" means the checked source set does not contain the claim yet.
This keeps the source log useful when search results disagree. A fan can quickly see whether an item belongs on a main wiki page, a rumor note, or a watchlist for the next trailer.
Current open checks

- Full theme song release details, lyrics, streaming links, and soundtrack listing.
- Whether SEGA or RGG defines the game as standalone, spinoff, or connected continuity.
- Complete combat, weapon, activity, trophy, and city-map details.
